I’m finding it hard to meet new people. Can someone suggest somewhere to go to meet down to earth, unpretentious people with genune life interests and ambitions? Kelvins Bar at Northcote is pretty easygoing - although i have yet to meet someone there without baggage!
I fear that the State Government’s proposed graffiti laws will result in more young people getting in trouble with the law - even if they are innocent - because they will become aggravated by police hassling them on trains, laneaways and other public places the government considers “graffiti hotspots'’.
Police should be looking for peope armed with knives and guns not spray cans and markers.
